In 2002, the Jól-Lét Foundation established Hungary’s first mother-friendly job placement and counselling office.
The founders set out to promote flexible and part-time employment to help women better balance family and work responsibilities. We support women who turn to us with our services, from pregnancy through to a successful return to work.
Through our job placement services, we seek out employers who wish to hire long-term, committed, efficient, and motivated employees and are open to innovative solutions: flexible, part-time, or split shift work arrangements, as well as remote work options.
Our goal was to reconcile the needs of mothers striving to harmoniously balance their family life and professional careers–and to build a life of their own–with those of leading employers by providing high-quality services.
