Heroines’ Square (Hősnők tere) builds on the connections and strength of women’s communities, initiatives, and individual-level awareness and fulfilment. It is a safe yet visible space where we support women on both a personal and societal level.
We aim to focus on three main areas:
- The Circle of Influence community: A community of women who are entrepreneurs and leaders in economic life and social spheres, where we build a supportive, solidarity-based network of women in which members help one another and work together to improve the situation of women. A values-based community built on trust, where every woman can tap into her own resources and learn from one another.
- Personal development and self-awareness to foster individual well-being and fulfill one’s role within the collective: Supporting individual spiritual growth by helping women discover their inner strength, develop, and influence change. We believe that personal development creates opportunities for every woman to become an authentic Heroine in her own life by building on her own true resources, to create, and to be able to support others selflessly.
- Supporting Women’s Initiatives: The goal of Hero(ine)s’ Square is to support female leaders and initiatives launched by women to bring about social change through funding, capacity-building, networking, and increased visibility. The support program helps bring together various women’s projects and ideas so they can achieve greater results collectively. The knowledge and experience gained here contribute to promoting social and economic equality, safety, and well-being, as well as increasing women’s visibility, influence, and recognition – in all areas.
The goal of this initiative is for every participant to contribute to building a stronger, more united community of women capable of driving change in society. The shared goal is to amplify the voices of women who feel a sense of responsibility toward others at every level of decision-making.
Heroines’ Square shapes the community by combining individual goals with collective thinking and collaboration to achieve results that also serve the interests of the most vulnerable groups of women.
Anyone can join any part of the program.
