We organize our training for human resources professionals in the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors, as well as for employees of organizations providing labour market services and working in the field of equal opportunity.
The goal of the training:
For participants to recognize and understand the nature of labour market inequality and discrimination, and to be able to effectively address these issues at both the organizational and individual levels. To master a specialized counselling methodology tailored to women’s situations and to develop their counselling skills. To improve their self-assertiveness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Training content:
Days 1–2: Gender inequality, stereotypes, and discrimination in the labour market.
Days 3–4: Communication, self-presentation, and self-resource management competencies for success in the labour market.
Days 5–6: Parental leave management – strategies for returning to work, cooperation between employees and employers.
As a result of the training, participants:
- will recognize the manifestations of gender inequality in the labour market, understand its causes and consequences,
- become familiar with basic labour market concepts and indicators,
- understand the consequences of women’s disadvantages in the labour market,
- recognize the opportunities available within an organization to identify and resolve inequalities,
- recognize situations of discrimination and can take effective action against them
- are provided with effective communication tools to promote equal opportunities,
- and they gain access to a wide range of advisory resources.
