In 2017, the J\u00d3L-L\u00c9T Foundation successfully applied for funding in the Erasmus+ Individual Mobility for Adult Education category and received support to cover the costs of a professional trip to Turin for three staff members, following an invitation from APID (http:\/\/www.apid.it) in Italy.<\/p>\n
The goal of the mobility project is to enhance the professional development of the three adult education trainers in the planning and implementation of courses for women, particularly mothers with young children. These vocational and personal development training programs for women help mothers better prepare for integration into the labour market, find employment, or return to their previous jobs, thereby improving their equal opportunities. This mobility project will support the professional development of our three staff members participating in adult education, organized by APID, the Italian association supporting women\u2019s entrepreneurship, during a four-day training session in the spring of 2018. The staff members participating in the mobility program will gain a better understanding of the Italian labour law environment related to this field, human resources practices regarding flexible and atypical forms of employment and women\u2019s entrepreneurship, as well as the training practices of APID and its partners.<\/p>\n
