Invisible<\/a> burdens, made visible strength \u2013 our research on the labor market situation of women raising children with disabilities<\/h3>\n

With our research, which began in 2015 on the labor market opportunities for mothers raising children with disabilities, we uncovered an invisible yet starkly revealing slice of social reality: the situation of society\u2019s invisible superheroes. Mothers raising children with disabilities provide care 24 hours a day. And yes, they also want to work and create value. The goal was clear: to highlight systemic failures, give voice to those affected, and offer concrete policy recommendations to ensure they no longer have to choose between caregiving and making a living. Because the care crisis is not a private matter: it is a shared social responsibility.<\/p>\n

This study is not merely a collection of data and analyses\u2014it is, rather, a collective cry for action: mothers raising children with disabilities cannot be left on the margins of society\u2014supporting the preservation of their human dignity and making their daily lives easier is a measure of all our integrity.<\/b><\/p>\n
